Casa Fenicottero literally means "House of the Flamingo." The flamingo symbolizes freedom, peace, love, and enjoying life together – exactly the feeling we, David and Stefanie, want our guests to experience.
We are David and Stefanie, a Belgian couple who took the leap in 2025 to start a new life in beautiful Puglia. After years of dreaming, we decided to build a new future in San Vito dei Normanni, a place where sunshine, nature, and genuine hospitality come together.
With great passion, we completely renovated Casa Fenicottero ourselves. Every corner of our holiday home tells part of our story and has been carefully designed to make our guests feel at home from the very first moment.
Today, we are delighted to welcome guests from all over Europe. We hope everyone who stays with us experiences what we are fortunate to enjoy every day: peace, warmth, comfort, and unforgettable memories.

Our interior is inspired by the surrounding landscape, using natural tones and a warm, relaxing atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home.
What truly makes Casa Fenicottero unique is our passion for nature and animals. Just a short walk of around 80 metresfrom the holiday home, you can admire our European flamingos, which inspired the name of Casa Fenicottero. Fenicottero is the Italian word for flamingo. It is this unique combination of hospitality, nature, and authenticity that brings our vision to life.

Wij, David en Stefanie, houden ervan om te verbouwen en onze creativiteit tot leven te brengen. Onze liefde voor Italië, de rijke geschiedenis, het heerlijke klimaat en onze passie voor gastvrijheid vormden de basis voor Casa Fenicottero in San Vito dei Normanni, Puglia.
Onze droom was eenvoudig: een plek creëren waar gasten zich vanaf het eerste moment thuis voelen. Een vakantiewoning waar rust, comfort en gezelligheid samenkomen en waar je volop kunt genieten van alles wat Puglia te bieden heeft.
